This Privacy Policy describes how Flashback Clips (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our Android application published on Google Play. The App is operated by an individual developer. If you have questions, contact us at the email above.

Summary

• Your recordings stay on your device. Clips you capture with Backtrack (screen and audio) and Internal audio are stored in My Clips (the App’s private library) on your phone. Trial credits, share/export credits, and related usage counters are also stored locally only. We do not operate servers to collect or store your recording files.
• The App uses the internet for showing ads (Google AdMob), processing in-app purchases (Google Play Billing), and communicating with Google Play services. Using these features does not upload your clip files to us.
• No user account is required to use the core features of the App.

Information we process

Content you create (stored locally)

When you use Backtrack or Internal audio, the App saves files to My Clips on your device (private app storage). You may export clips to the system gallery or music library, share them via other apps, or delete them inside the App. We do not receive copies of these files.

Information processed via third-party services

When you use ads or purchase Pro features, Google may process data according to its own policies, which may include:

• Advertising ID or similar device identifiers (AdMob)
• Purchase and billing records (Google Play)
• Technical data needed to deliver ads or complete transactions

Permissions and why they are used

• Display over other apps (overlay): floating controls (including opening My Clips and tool settings) while you use other apps.
• Screen capture (MediaProjection): only after you approve the system dialog; used for Backtrack (screen and audio) and for Internal audio (playback capture).
• Notifications: foreground service status while backtrack buffering or internal audio recording; actions such as save/stop during backtrack.
• Record audio: used for Android playback capture only; the App does not record microphone / ambient voice for internal-audio mode as described in the App.
• Internet: load rewarded ads (Google AdMob) and communicate with Google Play for purchases; does not upload your clip files.
• Vibrate: optional haptic feedback for actions.

How you control your data

• Delete clips in the in-app library.
• Export or share only when you choose to.
• Review clips before exporting or sharing. Recordings may include personal information that was visible on your screen at the time (e.g. photos, chats, receipts, verification codes). Protect your own privacy.
• Uninstalling the App removes app-private data from your device (subject to Android system behavior).
• Clearing the App’s storage (e.g. Settings → Apps → Clear data) deletes My Clips and resets locally stored credits; this cannot be undone.
• Reset advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device Google settings.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Legal use

You must use the App lawfully and with respect for others’ privacy and copyright. Do not use the App to record others without consent where required by law. You are responsible for what appears on your screen while recording; avoid capturing sensitive personal content you do not intend to keep or share.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

概要

• 您的录制内容保存在本机。 回溯录屏、内录音频等片段保存在「我的片段」（应用私有库）中；试用额度、分享/导出额度等相关计数亦仅保存在本机。我们不会通过自有服务器收集或存储您的录制文件。
• 本应用会使用网络，用于展示广告（Google AdMob）、应用内购买（Google Play 结算）及与 Google Play 服务通信。上述用途不会将您的片段文件上传给我们。
• 使用核心功能无需注册账号。

我们处理的信息

您创建的内容（本地存储）

使用回溯录屏或内录音频时，文件保存在设备上（应用私有存储）。您可自行导出到系统相册/音乐库、通过其他应用分享，或在应用内删除。我们不会收到这些文件的副本。

通过第三方服务处理的信息

当您观看广告或购买 Pro 功能时，Google 可能按其隐私政策处理数据，例如：

• 广告 ID 或类似设备标识（AdMob）
• 购买与账单记录（Google Play）
• 提供广告或完成交易所需的技术数据

权限及用途

• 悬浮窗/显示在其他应用上层： 在其他应用上方显示录制控件（含打开「我的片段」、设置等）。
• 录屏（MediaProjection）： 仅在您同意系统对话框后使用；用于回溯录屏（画面与声音）及内录音频（播放捕获）。
• 通知： 回溯缓存或内录运行期间的前台服务提示；回溯时通知栏保存/停止等操作。
• 录音权限： 用于系统「播放捕获」，内录音频不采集麦克风/环境人声（以应用内说明为准）。
• 网络： 加载激励广告（Google AdMob）及与 Google Play 通信以处理购买；不会上传您的片段文件。
• 震动： 操作反馈。

您如何管理数据

• 在应用「我的片段」中删除条目。
• 仅在您主动操作时导出或分享。
• 导出或分享前请自行检查片段。 录制内容可能包含您屏幕上当时可见的个人信息（如照片、聊天、账单、验证码等），请注意保护自己的隐私。
• 卸载应用将清除应用私有数据（以 Android 系统行为为准）。
• 在系统设置中「清除应用数据/存储空间」将删除「我的片段」并重置本机已获得的各类额度，且无法恢复。
• 可在系统 Google 设置中重置广告 ID 或关闭个性化广告。

儿童

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童（或您所在司法辖区规定的最低年龄）。我们不会故意收集儿童个人信息。

合法使用

请依法使用本应用，尊重他人隐私与著作权。在法律要求征得同意的情况下，请勿未经授权录制他人。录制时屏幕上显示的内容可能被一并保存，请避免录入您无意保留或分享的敏感个人信息。

政策变更

我们可能更新本政策，并修改文首「最后更新」日期。变更后继续使用即视为接受更新后的政策。
